Terms of Service.
1. You will agree to any future ammendments to these Terms of Service.
2. I am in no way affiliated with TQDigital Entertainment (c) , NetDragon Websoft Inc. (c) , Ubisoft Entertainment (c) , vBulletin (c) , Jelsoft Enterprises Limited, or any of its entities.
3. You agree that if any part of this agreement is found to be unlawful, that you still agreed in principle to that part, and also that no other part of this agreement will be affected as a result.
4. A licence to access our servers is granted automatically to anyone who meets all of the following parameters:
a. Has not been banned or in any other way forbidden to use our services by a member of staff.
b. Has no intention of using our services to make money.
c. Will use our services for entertainment purposes only.
5. You agree that you cannot access our servers without a licence as laid out in Term 4.
6. You agree that you shall not and can not hold the owner or any of our staff responsible for content submitted by our members.
7. You agree to conduct yourself in a manner that others do not find offensive.
8. You agree that it is your responsibility to ensure that minors are not exposed to material on these services that could be deemed unsuitable.
9. You agree to not take any action that is or could be detrimental to our services or our members.
10. Connection to our Game Servers may only be made via our own client software. You will not use any other software to connect to the Game Servers.
11. You are in no way affiliated or are a staff member of any other Game Servers.
12. You agree not to advertise any other Game Servers.
13. You agree to obey all Game Server and Chat Room Rules.
14. You agree that you as a user will only visit certified area's of the website for your age as explicit content can be found.
